Neary Khmer
is a local Non Governmental Humanitarian Organisation (not for profit) and is Non Religious, Apolitical and Non Racist.  Neary Khmer is dedicated to working with the poorest, most vulnerable and disadvantaged  women and their children in rural Cambodia.

Neary Khmer has achieved internationally recognized accreditation  in Governance and Professional Practice (Quality Assurance) by the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia - April 2011, currently one of only 31 NGO's working in Cambodia to achieve this accreditation.   Neary Khmer was founded by staff of Australian Volunteers International and the Centre Canadien Détudes Et De Cooperation International (CECI) food security project in 1998.

NK's Projects Include:

Small Business Development, Women in Governance, Growth Monitoring, Health & Nutrition, Water Access, Water Filters, Water Pumps & Well's Rain Water Harvesting,\Small Civil Infrastructure - Construction & Rehabilitation,Training Village Volunteers in Health & Nutrition and Animal Husbandry,.Agriculture & Home Gardens, Fish and Animal Raising, Prevention of Aids/HIV & Gender Mainstreaming, Facilitation of Village Social Protection, Savings Groups, Micro-financing, Business Groups & Village Associations, Community Rice Banks, Disaster Risk and Reduction Planning.
